Refund Policy

At Aeromeda, we are committed to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products and healthcare services to our customers. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be requested for products purchased from us, either online or offline.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

Refunds or returns are accepted only within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery (online orders) or date of purchase (offline/store purchases), subject to the following conditions:


1.1 Products Eligible for Refund

A refund or replacement may be granted if:

  1. The medicine is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition

The product is expired at the time of delivery or purchase

  1. The product delivered is incorrect (wrong medicine, strength, or quantity)
  2. The product is physically damaged, tampered with, or leaking at the time of delivery
  3. The product has a manufacturing defect, as verified by Aeromeda


2. Products Not Eligible for Refund or Return

For safety and regulatory reasons, Aeromeda does not accept returns or refunds for:

  1. Medicines that have been opened, partially used, or unsealed
  2. Products returned after 3 days from delivery or purchase
  3. Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling by the customer
  4. Temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g., insulin, vaccines, biologics) once delivered
  5. Medical devices, consumables, or hygiene products once opened
  6. Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales, unless expired or defective


3. Expired Medicines

If a customer receives a medicine that is expired or near expiry (within a commercially unreasonable period):

  1. The issue must be reported within 3 days
  2. Aeromeda will arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost
  3. Proof such as product images and batch details may be required

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or return request:

  1. Contact Aeromeda Customer Support within 3 days of delivery/purchase
  2. Provide:

  4. Product name and batch number
  5. Reason for refund
  6. Clear images of the product (including seal and expiry date)
